In February 2021, I found out exactly how out of shape I was. It affected my income, my health, my libido, my confidence, and a whole bunch of other stuff. My performance and mindset coach is going to join us to talk about routine, focus, and identity. We will be kicking off a 30 day challenge for the month of November for those people who want to make that tough choice. The short version… My routine was off, I had an extra 40lbs of body fat, I got winded putting my socks on in the morning, and I was not showing up the way I wanted to. It took a choice. I chose to live more in alignment with how I wanted to view myself. I wanted to be 40lbs lighter, cleaner diet, quit smoking cigarettes, work out consistently, etc… Well, by July I had lost 22lbs, quit smoking, I am running 3 miles at a time now and people started noticing. The last 2 months though I fell off, though. Time to get back on the train. No cost. Just commitment. 30 days. All in!
